I required a 15 yard dumpster to haul away some construction debris from a project I was working on. My experience with Payless Waste Services was fine. The dumpster arrived on time, with the price we agreed on, and the dumpster was in good condition. The guys that I got in contact with were very courteous and professional. Overall, the experience with them was smooth. And all that at a reasonable cost.

Definately not a professional service! I called them by mistake and they said "Yeah, We remember you." I told them about the narrow back gate "They" used before and that I needed the dumpster inside my back gate. The guy said "no problem, we got it in there before we can do it again." When he showed up I didn't recognize the guy and he said he could not get in with the dumpster. I told him the company got it in there the last time. He said we were never here before. I said that he had confirmed me as a previous customer on the phone. He told me that he would not argue with a customer. I told him I did not want the bin because it wouldnt fit in my back yard. He wanted me to pay a $100.00 cancellation fee, which I managed to get reduced to $50 eventhough I was not informed of a cancellation fee to begin with. He then tried to make other deals with me in order to gain the service but I called another company instead.

All I wanted was an honest job like I had previously from other operators - thought I'd give these guys a try. Big mistake. They'll spend more time telling you what they shook you down for than giving you honest service. There are far better choices. They were easily double than anywhere else. Stay clear!
